Children who live at Deerbrooke are just steps from outstanding schools like Tom Glenn High School and Danielson Middle School. Schools in Leander ISD have consistently earned exemplary ratings in state assessments, particularly in 21st Century Workforce Development, Second Language Acquisition, Gifted and Talented programs, and Fine Arts, among others.

Q. Are there any parks or trails near Deerbrooke?

A. Deerbrooke is close to a true hidden treasure – Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge. With several hiking trails and lookout points, this large refuge is home to dozens of species of birds and a variety of wildlife.

Southwest Williamson County Regional Park is another popular spot, with about 800 acres to explore. The park has walking trails, a quarter mile running track, and several sports fields.

A. Deerbrooke is close to Northline Leander, one of several exciting new projects planned for the area. Construction has already begun on Northline Leander, and development of the Town Square with core retail and signature civic space is slated for 2021.
